We will endeavour to do as much of the application process in the initial phone call as possible and much of the standard documentation is automatically produced at the end of the application process. Wherever possible we will use email to get the documentation to you quickly and you can send it back via email too, eliminating postal losses and delays.
Resolve your queries quickly with the minimum fuss
Occasionally you may have a query about your payroll, for example, or you may feel like something is missing from your expenses. You will have a dedicated team of compliance administrators and a payroll managers who will deal with your query at the first time of asking, and if something is wrong we will put it right for you immediately with no extra hidden costs.
Talk you through your service options each time your circumstances change
No two contracts are exactly the same and we understand that each one will bring its own set of circumstances, such as length of contract or site location. Each time you undertake a new contract we will review your service level to ensure it is the best one for you. We have three umbrella service levels, as well as Limited Company Accountancy services and overseas payroll models. This means that wherever your next contract takes you, you can take i-paye with you.
