LEADING umbrella services company i-paye has unveiled a unique service pledge for its recruitment agency partners and contractors..
The i-paye Agency Pledge and Contractor Pledge are intended to highlight the additional services offered by the company to agencies and contractors.
For agencies, i-paye pledges to undertake face to face visits and ensuring that only a director or associate attends agency meetings.
The company also promises to identify patterns in agencies’ working weeks and then work to remove bottlenecks and other time-consuming issues.
The third pledge is to create a service level agreement (SLA) specifically to meet an agency’s and its contractors’ requirements, while the final pledge ensures it will conduct service visits only at times to suit an agency and which will include training on legislation, operational changes and industry developments as required.
Meanwhile, for contractors, the company pledges to explain their services clearly and fully prior to their first payroll; to get their clients up and running as swiftly as possible with much of the application process dealt with in the first phone call; to provide a dedicated team of compliance administrators and payroll managers to handle any queries that arise; and to explain your different service options every time a contractor’s circumstances change.
Gaynor McGrail, Managing Director of i-paye, said: “There are many things we do for our agency partners and our contractors which they should expect as part of any relationship with a good umbrella service provider.
“However, we felt strongly that a relationship with i-paye offers so much more and decided that the perfect way to enshrine this was in our unique Agency and Contractor Pledges.
“This is a further example of the open and transparent way in which we do business and allows agencies and contractors to hold us to account if we don’t come up to scratch on our pledges.”i-paye has its head office in Knowsley, Merseyside, and has recently opened a second office in Scotland.
