Process - How Does it Work?

The i-Paye process couldn't been simpler. Its been designed specifically with you in mind. At the start:

• It’s easy to sign up with us either through our online form, e-mail service, telephone hotline or via post.
• After doing so, we will allocate you with a unique personal reference and confirm your place on our system.
• A welcome pack will soon be sent to you including: An overarching Contract of Employment and Site location confirmation
• As you would expect, you’ll be required to provide proof of your identity and a document showing your right to work in the UK, or the country where you’ll be based, along with confirmation of your residential address.
• You’ll also be asked to send in the signed contract of your employment and a confirmation of your site location.
• You’ll be allocated an account manager who will contact you if any information is missing.

• You will send a completed timesheet to your agency in accordance with its requirements (and a copy to us for our records if necessary).
• You’ll also send your completed expense claim form with supporting receipts, as required, to your account manager.

• Will invoice the recruitment agency on the date of receipt of billing details.
• Will verify your expenses and pre-load them onto our software.
• Will contact you with any discrepancies.

• Expenses that qualify and can be used will be shown on your payslip.
• The payslip will be then posted out to you.
• Typically, net funds will clear by 9am on the Friday if we have a SLA (service level agreement) in place with your agency, or by the close of business upon receipt of cleared funds.
