UMBRELLA BALANCE

As an employee of a Personal Employment Company (Umbrella) it is essential to get the balance between personal financial needs and UK compliance just right.  Our Balance service offer individuals the flexibility and benefits to ensure that whilst maximising your net income, that you legally comply with all your personal commitments.

We would normally only recommend our Balance service to individuals earning at the rate of £16.00 per hour or more.

As a result of tailoring the service to fit your precise requirements, we can guarantee that your overall net position is maximised, even after taking account of our weekly retention towards our costs of £28.75 for each week worked.  Again, if you do not work then there is no retention.

Travel and subsistence claims may be submitted, subject to the relevant legislation, and there is no charge for this part of the service.
